Partners Sandy McKinnon and Roy Clarke established McKinnon & Clarke in the UK in 1976.

Since then, M&C Energy Group has become a truly international organisation, with offices throughout Europe, Asia-Pacific and America, and a client base spread over 40 countries, which is continuously expanding.

2010 - Acquisition of ETT GmbH, Germany
2010 - Acquisition of Creative Energy Solutions, Australia
2010 - Acquisition of Encore International Ltd, UK
2010 - Irish offices relocates to new office
2010 - McKinnon & Clarke change their name to M&C Energy Group
2009 - Private equity company, Lyceum Capital become majority shareholders in McKinnon & Clarke
2009 - Signed deal to buy competitor UCA
2008 - ISO accredited in UK and the Netherlands
2008 - Relocated to larger premises in Thailand, Malaysia and Germany
2007 - Second office opens in Germany
2006 - M&C celebrates 30 years in business
2006 - Acquisition of major stake in REA Kladno, Czech Republic
2003 - French office relocates to larger premises
2003 - Office opens in Ireland
2002 - Office opens in Spain, Switzerland and India
